First session is an assessment and sessions are 60 minutes.

The number of sessions can be decided upon in our first assessment where we will look at what is required.

This can be looked at again further down the road and proper adjustments made if necessary.

If we decide not to go forward for whatever reason, I am happy to look for a further referral for you depending on what the needs are.

I follow the code and practice of the British Association of Counselling Psychotherapy of which I am an accredited member.

Payment is per session due at the session.

Cancellation / Re-scheduling policy:

2 full working days are required to cancel and/or re-schedule.

Less than 2 days or a ’no show’, the fee is payable.
